As your children explore a world of concrete and cranes, rivets and rebar, bulldozers and backhoes, they will discover that skyscrapers aren’t the only things that need a rock-solid foundation.

During the week of VBS, your children will learn to build their faith on Jesus as they uncover the truth that He who began a good work will be faithful to carry it on to completion.

Program Hours

• Full-day VBS: 9 am – 4 pm
• Full-day VBX: 9 am – 4 pm
• Early Drop-off: 8 am – 9 am
• Late Pick-up: 4 pm – 5 pm

  • completed preschool to 5th grade
  • $90 in total
• VBX:
  • completed 6th grade (LEGO® MINDSTORMS® Education Robotics Science Project included – VBX only)
  • $120 in total

VBS General Policy

• Class Size: Each class is limited to 15 participants. First come, first serve!
• VBS T-shirt: One VBS T-shirt is included in the cost for each participant.
• Cancellation: Any cancellation request must be made in writing via email to vbs@acccn.org by Sunday, June 26, 2022 for a full refund.
• Payment: VBS online payment is due in full upon your completion of the online enrollment. Your child’s spot is reserved only after your full payment is made.

Public Health Notice

Due to the unpredictable nature of the lingering pandemic, ACCCN reserves the right to cancel this VBS program on short notice to protect the health of your children if the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommend closing of schools, summer programs, and/or other similar public gatherings. VBS Health Policy

The health of all participants is our top priority!

• Proof of Negative COVID-19 Test Results: Upon your on-site check-in on the first day of VBS, each participant must present negative COVID-19 results from tests taken within 48 hours (PCR or rapid test) from any government authorized testing site.
• Summer Family Travel: If your child and/or your immediate family plan to return from any travel to other high-risk countries after Sunday, June 19, 2022, your child is highly encouraged NOT to sign up for VBS.
• Sick Policy: If your child has a fever (over 100.4 °F [38 °C] within the last 24 hours) or any contagious illness (e.g., pink eye or head lice), please keep your child at home.
  Your sick child should be fever-free without medication and/or clear from any contracted contagious illness for at least 24 hours before you send him/her back to VBS.
  If your child is sick on the first day of VBS and his/her participation has to be cancelled for the entire week, a full refund will be granted with proof of illness. After the first day, no refund will be granted for illness.

Three Quick Steps to Take

Step One: Build Children’s Profile

If a KidCheck profile has already been created for your child(ren) with ACCCN, please skip to Step Two. Otherwise, please complete the following:

1. Go to the KidCheck website
2. Click “I have never used KidCheck before”.
3. Fill in the requested ­fields. Create your password.
   Type “ACCCN” in the box under “What Organization Referred You to KidCheck?”.
   Click “Register”.
4. Check the box of “Agree to the license agreement (KidCheck Terms of Use)”.
5. Click “My Account” Tab.
6. Build up profiles for yourself, your child(ren), and the authorized pick-up.
   NOTE: The legal name and a valid phone number of your authorized pick-up, including your spouse, must be entered to the guardians list. All other fields are optional.
7. Select “Save Changes”.

Step Two: Set Up a Personal PayPal Account

A PayPal account linked to a debit or credit card is REQUIRED to proceed with VBS enrollment. If you do not have one, complete the following:

• Watch this video to learn how to set up a free personal PayPal account.
• Click PayPal website to create a Personal Account linked to a debit or credit card.

Step Three: Enrollment & Payment

ATTENTION: ‘Last Grade Completed’ refers to the grade level that your child has just finished for the 2021-22 school year.

Click Completed Grade Class to sign up.
